JACQUELYN LONDON

As a little girl, she’d spend hours on end listening to music, hidden away in her closet taking hundreds of tiny colored pegs and transforming them into beautiful works of art. Years later, reviving those times with her Lite Brite, Jacquelyn London still found herself in a dark room piecing together individual parts to create an illuminated whole.

College introduced her to a love of graphic design and long hours in the photo lab watching her images come to life, but it was editing that captured her completely. Knowing she had found her calling, she pursued film school to sharpen her craft.

Jacquelyn launched her career in Los Angeles as anAssistant Editor on several notable TV shows as The
OC and Dirty Sexy Money, quickly working her way up the editorial ladder. She went on to spend nearly a decade at two of the most prominent music video houses in the country. Her editing credits include videos for Taylor Swift, Bruno Mars, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez, Muse, P!nk, Maroon 5, and many more—earning her three MTV VMA nominations and other award wins along the way.

In the commercial world, Jacquelyn’s clients boast equally iconic reputations. She has partnered with brands such as Adidas, Jeep, Aston Martin, Sony, Revlon, Titleist, and Garnier, bringing the same creative precision and storytelling flair to every project she touches. She’s collaborated with some of the world’s most celebrated directors such as Mark Pellington, Floria Sigismondi, Hanna Lux Davis, Hiro Muri, Sam Bayer, Wayne Isham and Diane Martel, just to name a few.

Beyond the edit bay, Jacquelyn finds creative solace in aquascaping—crafting miniature underwater worlds that reflect her love of nature; once again fusing different fragments into a striking whole. And just like those childhood Lite Brite sessions, Jacquelyn now shares her love of creativity with her son, Lennox, whose imagination matches her own. Together, using the art of story telling, they explore audio, visual, and tactile mediums —turning every project into a full sensory adventure.
